The 2025 Fall Yard Pickup is scheduled for the months of October and November, 2025. 

Materials MUST be out to the roadside by 7 AM on the scheduled day of pickup. Please see the map below to see what dates pickup will occur in your neighborhood. Any material that is placed out after the last scheduled pickup day will not be picked up. Residents can always take the material to the Village’s recycling site located at 8200 Ryan St. The Village has updated its yard material pickup process to give residents more accurate information regarding when the service will be provided. Please see the image of the map identifying when pickup will occur in your neighborhood.

During collection times, unbagged piles are to be placed clear of power poles, trees, mailboxes, and other fixed objects for ease of pick up and to prevent damage to these other facilities. The brush is to be kept SEPARATE from yard materials and placed at the roadside with stump ends of limbs placed in the same direction, parallel to the road. If yard material cannot be reached by the Village's equipment, it will be the responsibility of the resident to dispose of the remaining material.

To expedite the process, please have unbagged yard materials (leaves, grass, pine needles, etc.) and brush, less than six (6) inches in diameter, placed on the shoulder.

Yard Material Site (8200 Ryan St)

UPDATE: The intersection of Commerce Drive and Ryan Street is scheduled to be repaved and will be closed for a few days in the coming weeks.  The actual date has not yet been determined, but during the closure the Village of Weston Yard Material Site, located on Ryan Street, will only be accessible by travelling on County Highway J. to Ryan Street.  Please return to this page for updates when an actual closure date is known.

The Village of Weston D.P.W. maintains the Ryan St Recycling Center located on the west side of Ryan St, approximately ¼ mile south of Weston Ave. This is a licensed D.N.R. recycling site that accepts various types of Compostable Yard Waste and Woody Vegetation.

Yard Waste Do and DontPLEASE NOTE - Contractors and non-residents are not allowed to use the Village of Weston Recycling Center & Yard Waste Site. The Yard Waste Site is monitored via cameras, and violators will be prosecuted per the Village ordinance.

The site is accessible seven days a week for use by Village of Weston residents who pay the annual garbage/refuse fee which is shown under the NET PROPERTY TAX on their annual Property Tax Statement.
