REZN-9-13-1374 – Curt Crotty, representing Weston Memory Care, LLC, requesting a rezone from B-4 (Office) Zoning District, to B-P (Business Park) Zoning District, to allow for the future development of a memory care facility on property described as: Lot 4 of the Plat of Shadow Ridge Development, addressed as 3404 Community Center Drive, consisting of 10.083 acres.  Located in Section 20, Township 28 North, Range 8 East, Village of Weston, Marathon County, Wisconsin.

CU-10-13-1390 – Matthew Gilbertson, owner of Weston Sales, for property owner Becker Properties of Wausau, requesting a conditional use permit on property zoned M1 (Manufacturing and Warehousing), to allow for a used vehicle sales and vehicle detailing business on property described as: Proposed Lot 1 of Lot 2 of Certified Survey Map #12770, Volume 55, Page 88, being 154 feet along East Jelinek Avenue, and a depth of 120 feet, with an area of 18,480 square feet.  All located in Section 21, Township 28 North, Range 8 East, Village of Weston, Marathon County, Wisconsin.

REZN-10-13-1391 – Becher Hoppe Associates, for property owner AbbyBank, requesting a rezone from M-1 (Manufacturing and Warehousing) to B-3 (General Commercial), to allow combining a 16.5 foot strip of land to the parcel to the north, addressed as 6606 County Road J.  This parcel is described as: The south 16.5 feet  of the southeast 1/4 of the northwest 1/4, of Section 24, Township 28 North, Range 8 East, Village of Weston, Marathon County, Wisconsin, lying south of CSM #753, recorded in Vol. 3 of CSM’s on Page 223, as Doc. #680696, except those portions used for highway purposes.

REZN-10-13-1393 – Mark Thompson, MTS, LLC, for property owner, Rennes Development Co., requesting a rezone from B-P (Business Park) with OPD (Planned Development Overlay) to R-2 (Residential Single Family), to allow combing of two parcels to make one residential parcel on lands described as:  The westerly 85 feet of Lot 5 Valdres Springs Subdivision or that part of the original lot 5, west of the proposed Outlot 1 in the proposed CSM.  This parcel consists of approximately .24 acres.  Located in Section 21, Township 28 North, Range 8 East, Village of Weston, Marathon County, Wisconsin.

REZN-10-13-1394 – Ed Prohaska, for property owners Michael and Danette Gilbertson, requesting a rezone from R-1 (Residential Single Family) to RTF (Residential Two Family), to create a single-zoned parcel on lands described as:   West 66 feet of Lot 1, Volume 2 CSM Page 245, all located in the northwest quarter of the northwest quarter, of Section 20, Township 28 North, Range 8 East, Village of Weston, Marathon County, Wisconsin.  More commonly known as the west 66' of 2807 Jelinek Avenue.  This area to be rezoned consists of .390 acres.
