Keep Weston Clean, Safe, and
Beautiful This Summer

As the growing season is in full swing, we’d like to remind all residents to help keep Weston looking its best. Per Village Code Chapter 50, lawns, grass, and weeds must be kept below 8 inches in height. Regular mowing not only enhances curb appeal but also helps reduce pests and allergens in your neighborhood.

Also, please be mindful not to blow grass clippings into the street. These clippings can wash into storm drains, contributing to nitrate buildup in the Village’s stormwater system and potentially contaminating local waterways. Beyond the environmental impact, piles of clippings in the roadway can also pose a safety hazard to bicyclists and motorcyclists.

Thank you for doing your part to keep Weston clean, safe, and environmentally friendly this summer!
