Fuller Street Reconstruction

The Village of Weston will be reconstructing Fuller Street this summer in its entirety from Schofield Avenue to Ross Avenue. Construction is scheduled to start in the middle of June. Residents should be aware of the upcoming work and note utilizing Mesker Street this summer to travel between Ross Avenue and Schofield Avenue.

The Fuller Street reconstruction project is comprised of:

  • Complete street reconstruction which includes new base material and asphalt pavement.
  • Installation of curb and gutter to provide better roadway drainage.
  • Pedestrian accommodations in the form of a multi-use path along the route from Schofield Avenue to Rogan Lane. Then from Rogan Lane north a sidewalk on both sides of the street will be added to connect to Ross Avenue.
  • Watermain replacement from Moyer Avenue to the Mountain Bay Trail as well as other water valve and hydrant replacements along the corridor.
  • Installation of a stormwater basin within Kellyland Park. This basin will help the Village meet the Department of Natural Resources (DNR) requirements for stormwater runoff entering the Eau Claire River.
