End of Farmers Market Season this Saturday!

The Village of Weston's Farmers Market last day will be Saturday, October 26th. A season that started out a little soggy, turned into a great and plentiful year, with unexpected above normal temperatures for October.

A big thanks goes out everyone who attended the market and bought local, and to all the vendors who participated with all their wonderful products. It was great to see our community get together and continue to help make our market successful.

Having the DCE Rollin’ Readers there on Tuesdays during the summer, giving away free books, was a favorite for kids and parents. And having the Master Gardner’s help children plant a portable flower garden was also a huge hit.

We look forward to another great year in 2025 as we kick off our 20^th year, on Saturday, May 3rd.

Friendly reminder, In-Person Absentee Voting starts TODAY with extended hours on Tuesday and Thursday evenings.

BIG thank you to Cub Scout Pack 436 and Heather Schlessor for their volunteer clean-up efforts along the Mountain-Bay Trail, from the D.C. Everest Middle School to Kwik Trip.
