Yard Waste Site

The Village of Weston D.P.W. maintains the Ryan St Recycling Center located on the west side of Ryan St, approximately ¼ mile south of Weston Ave. This is a licensed D.N.R. recycling site that accepts various types of Compostable Yard Waste and Woody Vegetation.

The site is accessible seven days a week for use by Village of Weston residents who pay the annual garbage/refuse fee which is shown under the NET PROPERTY TAX on their annual Property Tax Statement.

PLEASE NOTE - Contractors and non-residents are not allowed to use the Village of Weston.

For a fee, Contractors and non-village residents can dispose of their yard waste and brush/tree limbs, concrete, asphalt, and other items at the TITO’S Recycling Site.

Pet licenses for your cats and dogs are due by the end of March annually to avoid late fees. License online through https://www.petdata.com/

Important Election Dates:

March 28, 2024, Until 5:00 p.m.
- Deadline to Request an Absentee Ballot - Regular and Overseas Voters - If you are a regular or a Permanent Overseas Voter, your absentee ballot request must be received by your municipal clerk no later than 5:00 p.m. on March 28, 2024.
March 29, 2024. 8:30 am - 5:00 p.m.
- Deadline to Register in Your Municipal Clerk’s Office - Voters may register in person in their municipal clerk’s office during office hours until 5:00 p.m. on March 29, 2024.
- Deadline to Request an Absentee Ballot - Indefinitely Confined and Military, not away from home - If a voter is Indefinitely Confined or a Military voter who is not away from home, your absentee ballot request must be received by your municipal clerk no later than 5:00 p.m. on March 29, 2024.
April 1, 2024.
- No In-Person Absentee Voting.
April 2, 2024. - ELECTION DAY
- Vote at the Village of Weston Municipal Center.
  - 4747 Camp Phillips Rd. Weston, WI. 7:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
- Deadline to Return Absentee Ballot - Please return your own ballot by mail or deliver it to the clerk in person (please do not use the drop-box). Absentee Ballots must be received by 8:00 p.m. on Election Day, April 2, 2024.

2023 Officer of the Year

Everest Metro Police Officer Brockton Joachim has the honor of being EMPD’s 2023 Officer of the Year! The Officer of the Year is selected by their Police Department peers based on an officer’s performance, attitude, teamwork, and more. Officer Joachim started with the Everest Metro Police Department on August 5, 2021. Officer Joachim has been positive, easygoing, and happy; he always seems to have a smile on his face! Officer Joachim has grown as a shift partner and officer over his 2.5 years of service. Congratulations Brockton Joachim!
