We've noticed a higher amount of checks that have been mailed or dropped in the drop box that have missing information on your checks! Please review your checks with some helpful tips below:

~ The date should be stated on the day you have written / mailed the check.

~ Signatures are REQUIRED! We cannot receipt checks that do not have the signature line filled in.

~Utility payments are due by the 20th, they must be physically in our office on the due date to avoid late fees. Payments that have been mailed closer to the deadline and arrive after the 20th will be charged a late fee. Ensure payments are received in time to avoid those charges.
