NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE VILLAGE OF WESTON PLAN COMMISSION

                   

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held before the Village of Weston Plan Commission on Monday, October 13, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. in the Board Room of the Weston Municipal Center, 4747 Camp Phillips Road.

 

An amendment to Conditional Use Permit #20220392 (Project #20220392) has been filed by owner Jeff Nowak, Ryan Street Rentals, LLC. The request would amend the project phasing timeline for the continued construction of a personal storage facility, within the LI (Limited Industrial) Zoning District at 6508 Ryan Street.

 

The applicant is proposing to amend the timeline to allow the construction of Buildings B, C & D by a future date to be discussed with the Plan Commission during the public hearing. 

 

Conditional Use Permit to be amended: #20220392 recorded as Doc # 1909518 recorded in the Marathon County Register of Deeds. 

 

Property Owner – Ryan Street Rentals, LLC

Parcel: 192 2808 221 0985

Current Zoning: LI Limited Industrial

Acreage: 4.875 acres

 

Legal Description:

Part of the SW ¼, of the NE ¼, of Section 22, Township 28 North, Range 08 East, Village of Weston, Marathon County, WI.

 

All interested persons are encouraged to attend the public hearing and will be given the opportunity to provide testimony. Written comments may also be submitted prior to the meeting.

Notice to Adjacent Property Owners and Municipalities:

In accordance with Wis. Stat. § 62.23(7)(d)2 and Weston Zoning Ordinance Chapter 94, notice of this public hearing has been mailed to property owners within 300 feet of the affected parcels and to any adjacent municipality within 1,000 feet.
