
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE VILLAGE OF WESTON PLAN COMMISSION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held before the Village of Weston Plan Commission on Monday, October 13, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. in the Board Room of the Weston Municipal Center, 4747 Camp Phillips Road.
A rezoning request (Project #20250376) has been initiated by Jason Pflieger, Northcentral Land Surveying, LLC, on behalf of property owners, Wood Violet Trust and Scott & Jennifer Sommer. The request seeks to rezone portions of the properties listed below to allow for a land swap between the two parties via a future certified survey map (CSM).
