In 2018, the Wisconsin State Legislature approved new legislation that requires villages and cities of 10,000 population or more to provide prepare and post a “Housing Affordability Report” to report on development activity and analyze the impact of their residential development regulations on the cost of developing new housing. These documents were prepared to meet the requirements for Wis. Stats. 66. 10013.
